What are the dates?
We start in September 2026. There will be 6 x Friday sessions. Exact dates TBC.
How long are the sessions?
1-1.5 hours from 12:30-2pm. Each week there is 1 hour taught content/groupwork plus optional* Q+A session afterwards
How much does it cost?
Payment options to come once details are finalised. We often provide payment plans.
How are the sessions conducted?
They will all be live sessions via zoom, which are recorded and available to watch for 1 week after each session for those who might not be able to make one of the sessions.
What if I can’t attend a session?
All sessions are recorded. Session 1 is mandatory though so we can build our safe community.
I’m a parent, what happens in school holidays?
So are we! We have designed the course around school holidays.
How will I know this is a safe space to be vulnerable?
We will prepare all attendees about use of language and how we respect each other in sessions. We aim to create a space that is anti-oppressive, anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ friendly.
I am not fat/I am uncomfortable with the word fat. Am I welcome here?
Yes! Anybody with a body, regardless of how it is or you feel about it is welcome here. There is space for all as sadly no-one is unaffected by anti-fat bias and body shame.
(*Optional if you need to get back to work after an hour!)
